He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemence Sr. Blais and Isabelle Blais (Rienhardt); and his siblings, Clyde and Margie. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie; his children, Andy Blais of East Moline, Kevin Blais (Kimberly) of Moline, Michelle Blais of Silvis and Michael Blais of East Moline; and his grandchildren, P. J., Gabby Salais and Zack Bell.
