It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Fulton (East Moline, Illinois), born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fulton and Clara Fulton (Krack); and his siblings, Albert, Donald, Franklin, Violet, Beatrice and Delores.
He is survived by: his wife Sung Fulton; his daughter Susan McGivern; his son-in-law Ryan McGivern; and his grandchildren, Olivia of Bettendorf, Iowa., Liam of Bettendorf, Iowa. and Isla McGivern of Bettendorf, Iowa..
