She is survived by: her children, David Merfeld (Joyce) of East Dubuque, IL, Marcie High (Steve) of East Dubuque, IL, Orland Merfeld, Jr. of East Dubuque, IL and Donald Merfeld (Joni) of Dubuque, IA; and her sister Mary Legler of East Dubuque, IL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
