She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Boker and Hilda Boker (Barth); her son Mitchell Voorhees; and her brother Robert Boker. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Voorhees; her children, Susan Chapman (Rob) of Godfrey, Jan Poore of Rosewood Heights, Linda Voorhees of Florida, Stephen Voorhees of Wood River and Mike Voorhees (Ricci) of Rosewood Heights; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hatcher (Paul), Tom Poore (Traci), Mychal Voorhees, Jaymie Voorhees-Munroe (Michael), Laura Voorhees, Emily McCall (Joseph) and Jenna Clausen-Voorhees. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
