He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward O. "Bud" Newman and Frances Minnie Newman (Crystal); his wife Dolores "Dori" Walsh; his children, Matthew Newman (Lori) of Rosewood Heights, Amanda Cavanaugh (John) of Wood River, JoEllyn Klepacki (Chris) of Creve Coeur, MO and Reagan Fiorino (Aaron) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Brady, Hayden Moore, Joseph, Lydia Cavanaugh, Kendall, Makenna, Camille Klepacki, Nicholas and Elliana Fiorino; his brother Dennis; and his sister-in-law Janet Newman of East Alton. He was also cherished by other extended family and many friends.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Missouri.
