She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mayberry and Virginia Mayberry (Morgan); her husband Samuel Johnson; her sons, Charles Blumstein and Jim Greenlee; her siblings, Maxine Baker and Thomas Mayberry; her daughter-in-law Cathy Greenlee; and her brother-in-law Cecil Fones.
She is survived by: her children, Kat Greenlee-Logue of Overland, MO, Howard Greenlee of Alton and Bob Greenlee (Diana) of Gillespie; and her siblings, Helen Fones and Charles "Chuck" Mayberry. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
