She is survived by: her husband Nelson Forbes; her children, Scott Forbes (Cindy) of Creve Coeur, Jeff Forbes (Cary) of East Peoria, Melinda Forbes of Allen Texas and Michelle Trail (Jason) of Braunfels, Texas; her grandchildren, Alex, Cara, Carson, Tristen, Brittney, Taylor, Kalie, Austin, Kyle and Nathan; and her great grandchild Laniyah.
