He was predeceased by: his wife Grace S. Adams; his siblings, Gene, Butch and Naomi; and his parents, Maynard Adams and Beulah Adams.

He is survived by: his children, Wayne L. Adams Jr., April Darlene Adams (George Mrak), Jill Rossi (late Michael) and Craig Adams (Nicole).
