She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Provo; her daughter Barbara Ann Provo; and her sister Audrey. She is survived by: her children, John, Thomas (Kathy Stibernick), Daniel, Christopher and Alan (Mae); her grandchildren, Rachel, Tyler, Angelo and Sophia; her great grandchild Alexia; and her siblings, Bryant (Kathy), Ramon, Richard, Marlene, Constance, Norman and Thelma.
