He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Neill and Virginia O'Neill (Poindexter); and his brother Dan O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Brian O'Neill and Sean O'Neill; and his siblings, Patty Jones, Tom O'Neill (Connie), Pam O'Neill, Teresa Milam (Frank) and Mike O'Neill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
