He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Earl and Margaret Jane Smith (Deinhart); his former wife Judy Grigsby; his wife Judith; his children, Jill A Corapi (Anthony) of Champaign, IL, Matthew T Smith (Julie) of Ft. Myers, FL, J. Brad Smith (Valerie) of Tampa, FL and Cassie Avers (Dan) of Roscoe, IL; his siblings, Jim Smith (Suny) of O'Fallon, IL, Linda Suter of Jacksonville, IL and Mike; and his grandchildren, Anna Corapi, Grace Smith, Thomas Corapi, Jane Smith, Charlie Avers, Sam Avers, Mary Avers, Camila Smith, Cristiano Smith and Pete Corapi.

Due to Covid restrictions and social distancing seating will be limited at the church.
