He was predeceased by: his stepfather Frank Parks; and his grandparents, Robert Frakes, Harold Miller, Peggy Miller (Sullivan), Joyce Eaton (Meador) and Al Eaton.
He is survived by: his parents, Stephen M. Miller, Sr. and Vicki Frakes Parks; his sister Tracey Lund of Decatur; his grandmother Bernice Frakes (Marsh) of Decatur; his aunt Debra (Frakes); his uncle Clem of Decatur; his niece Kaydee VanFlien (Isaac); his nephew Conner Lund; and his cousins, Melissa (Clem), Park and Andy Clem (Tina).
