It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruth Johnson of Decatur, Illinois, born in Moweaqua, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Richhart and Cleo L. Richhart (Hill); her husband Jack L. Johnson; her sister Lois Jean Landis; and her son-in-law Steve Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Annalee) of Texas, Eric Johnson (Christine) of Michigan and Kathy Gentry of Decatur; and her sister Nancy Whicker (Bob) of Decatur. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
