She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherwood Howard (Bud) and Wilma Chambers Howard; and her brothers, Ronald and Dean. She is survived by: her husband Randy Emerson; her sons, Jon Emerson and Seth Emerson (Ramey); and her granddaughters, Lily Emerson and Jamey Slade. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
