She is survived by: her children, Tokilan Carr (LaToya Dawson) and Tenisha Carr (Joe Brown) of Decatur, IL; her stepchildren, Cecilia Johnson of Rockford, IL and Horace Johnson, Sr. of Kewanee, IL; her brother Michael (Dora) of Dolton, IL; her grandchildren, Daveonta Sharone Carr, Jameri Eric Carr, Tokilan Tores Carr, Takila Sharone Carr, Mikaela Joshay Carr, Kolin and Ovni; her aunts and uncles, Tiny, Ethel Mae, Genevea, Joe Larry and Johnny; her nephews, Parnell, Antonio, Vontrell and Cornelius Carr; and her former husband Horace Johnson. She is also survived by other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives.
