He is survived by: his wife Gladys Joyner of Decatur, IL; his children, Vivian, Earnestine Lowry, Loretta Toombs (Allen) of Phenix City, AL, Johnny Taylor of Bloomington, IL, David Joyner of Los Angeles, CA, Gary Joyner (Susan) of Escondido, CA and Freddie Ricks Jr. (Shonya) of Phenix City, AL; and his son-in-law Charles Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
