It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robin L. Shafer of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Betzer. She is survived by: her father-in-law Robert W. Shafer (Bobby); her sons, Robert C. Shafer (Jessica) of Macon, IL and Jacob A. Shafer (Crystal Storm) of Decatur; her fiancé Mike Donaldson of Decatur; her mother Karin D. Betzer-Garner (Dash); her stepfather Delbert Garner of Decatur; her siblings, Rick E. Betzer of Decatur, Randy E. Betzer (Lisa) of Decatur and Renee L. Woollen (Donald) of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Kaden Shafer of Macon, Kayla Johnson and Hudson K. Shafer of Decatur. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; numerous extended family.
