He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F. Coffey and Wilma D. Coffey (Stolz); his stepdaughter Tiffany Coffey-Swindle; and his granddaughter Grace Swindle. He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Mitchaner; his children, Kevin Coffey and Lisa Williams; and his stepchildren, Robert Mitchaner, James Tuttle and Kathryn DeCamp.
