He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Vaughn and Robert Vaughn; and his brother Gary Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Ricki Vaughn; his sisters, Nancy Schwalbe of Mission Viejo, CA and Susan Haney of Decatur, IL; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Tarrant (Belva) and Sterling Tarrant (Christina); his son Dennis Vaughn; his children-in-law, Angie Vaughn and Matthew Tierney; and his grandchildren, Megan Vaughn, Ali Vaughn, Mia Vaughn, Ashtyn Tierney, Aidan Tierney, Tresten Tierney and Lexington Tierney. He is also survived by his 7 nieces and nephews.
