It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kay Winholtz of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Douglas and Margie Douglas; and her husband William R. Winholtz of Decatur. She is survived by: her son Tom Winholtz (Donna) of Decatur; and her siblings, Colleen Morrison of Houston, TX, Audrey Bart of Forsyth, IL and Jack Douglas of Jackson, MO. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 10 nieces; and 1 nephew.
