Slifer (Decatur, Illinois), born in Macon, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Meyer and Veronica Meyer; her husband Franklin Keith Slifer, Sr.; and her son Keith Jr. (Cheryl). She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Slifer, Patricia Glaub (Mike), Daniel Slifer (Deb), Timothy Slifer (Angela), Douglas Slifer and David Slifer (Sherry). She is also survived by mom, an avid reader, gardener, animal lover, especially cats.
