Norris (Decatur, Illinois), born in Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on May 29, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Norris and Daisy E. Norris (Valentine); and his brother Max. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Baird; his children, Jane Ann Walker (Mike) of Columbia, MO, Mary Beth Norris of Champaign, IL and Charles William Norris (Teri) of Pearland, TX; his grandchildren, Jennifer Moore (Shawn) of Collinsville, IL, Megan Helfer (Matt) of Decatur, IL, Kevin Murphy of Savoy, IL, Cara Harmon (Derek) of Hartsburg, MO, Callie Dickes (Jeff) of Columbia, MO, Crista Kruger (Tanner) of Ashland, MO, Brittani Conoley (Destry) of Pearland, TX and Danielle Gable (Nick) of League City, TX; his great grandchildren, Evangeline, Mercedes Gable, Colton, Sawyer Conoley, Mason, Morgan, Mitchell Helfer, Levi Kruger and Brinley Harmon; and his sister Norma Glamack of New York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews; brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
