He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Roy and Ovelia Sheffield (Newkirk); his wife Diane Mollet; his children, Bobbi Meenderinck (Justin) of Washington, DC and Sean Sheffield (Heather) of Frederick, MD; his grandsons, Colton and Tanner Sheffield; his siblings, Shirley Tish (Joe) of Florida, Ken Sheffield (Jackie) of Florida, Brian Sheffield (Judy) of Florida, Tom Sheffield (Penny) of Arizona and Penny Gagnon (Brad) of Virginia; his brother-in-law Jim Grant; his parents-in-law, Robert and Gladys Mollet; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Grant. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
