She was predeceased by: her parents, William Randall and Ruth Randall (Elliott); her husband William Howard Sheppard; her son Edwin Thomas Sheppard; and her sister Marabelle Mathias.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Richie of Washington State and Rev. Anita Munden (Frank) of Decatur, IL. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
