She is survived by: her children, Steven (Jeananne) of Longwood, Florida and Carol Hazenfield (Phil) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Kelly Hazenfield of Huntley, IL, Craig Hazenfield (Ralph), Eric and Ryan Barbee of Longwood, FL.; and her great grandchild Jack.
