He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Gaede (Steele) and George Leonard Gaede; his wife Mary JoAnn Speagle; and his sisters, Betty Walker and Jeanne Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Griffin (Phil), Chris Gaede (Sondra), Jeff Gaede (Jeanne Hall) and Chuck Gaede (Kim); his grandchildren, Brittany Black, Zach Gaede (Taylor Ireland), Alex Gaede, Jacob Griffin (Abby Wilson), McKenzie Griffin (Luke Miller), Amber Janiak (Jay) and Aaron Blevins (Melissa); and his pet Lizzie. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
