He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Royer and Evelyn Royer (Stoops); his wife Barbara Royer; and his daughter Tamra J. Royer. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Royer (Deanna) of Decatur, IL and Monica Hullinger (Phil) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Tamra Hollowell (Curtis), Jacqueline Royer, Casie Jones (Mitch), Jagger Royer, Katherine Hullinger and Jake Hullinger; and his great grandchildren, Henley Hollowell, Dean Royer, Arayanna Royer, Mick Jones, Louey Jones and Brody Jones.
