Tarro (Decatur, Illinois), born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Wimberly and Lucille M. Wimberly (Flitz); her husband Richard B. Tarro; and her brother-in-law James Kiefer. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard N. Wimberly (Sharon) of Litchfield, IL, Robert L. Wimberly (Beth) of Litchfield, IL, Sandra Kiefer of Chatham, IL. and Linda L. Wimberly of Springfield, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
