It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen May Hall (Decatur, Illinois), born in Hamburg, New York, who passed away on July 8, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Lapp and Hazel Lapp (Dudley); and her siblings, George Lapp and Betty Wellard. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Jacob Hall; her daughter Rebecca Cunningham of Riverton, IL; her siblings, Richard "Dick" Lapp of Hudson, FL and Dorothy Jones of Brockport, NY; and her granddaughters, Melanie Clark of Riverton, IL. and Lillian Cunningham of Riverton, IL..
