It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Forrestine Diggs of Decatur, Illinois, born in Denmark, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 88, on November 1, 2020. She was predeceased by : her husband Cornelius Diggs; her parents, Howard and Sylvester; her siblings, Anthony and Eula Mae; and her daughter Traci Diggs of Morrisville, NC..

She is survived by : her son Michael G. Diggs (Angelia); her grandchildren, Timothy M. Diggs (Jennifer) and Rachelle K. Diggs of Decatur; her cousins, Janet Bunch and Loretta Jones of Decatur; brother James Theus of Colorado Springs, CO and her sister Earline Douglas (Charles) of Foster City, CA. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Keeping with social distance requirements a memorial service will be held at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 530 W. Mound Rd., Decatur, IL on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 11 a. m.

In lieu of flowers we ask you donate in Forrestine' s name to the Antioch Christian Academy through Antioch MB Church.
