We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020, at the age of 90, Elmer C. Hawkins of Decatur, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elmer C. Hawkins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Ginny". He is survived by: his children, Geri McGrath, Tom Lengsfeld, John, Laura Hawkins, Amy, Bill Stice of Chatham, Robert, Susan Hawkins, Jeff and Mona Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Marni, Jordan, Brynn, Wesley, Austin, Dyllan, Corbin and Avani. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial contribution be made to the First United Methodist Church, Decatur.
