It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Mitchell of Decatur, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Sutton and Ida Maria Sutton (Phillips); her spouse Reese Otis Mitchell; and her sister Betty. She is survived by: her children, Kerry R. Mitchell (Pamela) of Decatur, IL, Barb J. Mitchell, Rich Pease of Decatur and Chad N. Mitchell (Gail) of Forsyth; her grandchildren, Evan Mitchell (Whitney), Kylie Gaitros (Matthew), Taylor Mitchell and Pete Mitchell; and her great grandchild Dixie Mitchell.
