He is survived by: his wife Janet Hirstein; his sons, Clint Leon Smith (Amanda) of Decatur, IL and Matthew James Smith (Jacqueline) of Decatur, IL; his brothers, Arthur Mack Smith of Colorado Springs, Gary James Smith of Stonington, IL and Gregory Dwight Smith (Tammy) of Decatur, IL; and his grandchildren, Trinity, Madalyne, Demitry, Patience, Leon, Riley and Ben. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
