He is survived by: his wife Patty of Decatur; his children, Austin Wells of Macon and Lindsey Tull Garvin (Jason) of Findlay; his parents-in-law, Tom and Clara Orr of Decatur; his siblings, George Wells III of Macon, Nancy Schaljo (Ray) of Sullivan and Patricia Calvin of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Hunter, Alivia and Isaac Garvin; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Dennis (Mike) of Metamora and Dennis Smith of Decatur; and his nephew Aaron Dennis. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorials may be made in David's memory to the Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois Charitable Fund.
