He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Conley of Richton Park, IL; his granddaughters, Kayla and Makiya Bogan; his brother Frank Conley (Mary Helen) of Perris, CA; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Frank Conley, Jr. of Grenada Hills, CA, Troy Marshall of Atlanta, Georgia, Tammy Conley of Indianapolis, IN, Melissa O'Neal (Kurt McGinnis) of Decatur, IL, Marlene Beeler (Percy) of Springfield, IL and Kathleen Bradford of Decatur, IL; his close friends, Thomas Jelks, U. L. Newbon and Alberta Readye; his godmother Betty Evans; and his cousin Angie Diggs. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
