It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Lynn O'Neill (Decatur, Illinois), born in Doniphan, Missouri, who passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Edward and Alta Lee O'Neill (Payne); and her brother Craig S. O'Neill. She is survived by: her brother Denny O'Neill of Decatur; and her significant other Louise McBride of Decatur. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
