She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her sisters, Virgie Hood of Decatur and Johnnie; her children, Cecil Currie Jr. (Jan) of Houston, Steven Currie (Norvell) of Cypress, Quinton Currie of Decatur, Illinois, Wanda Currie, Jennifer Currie-Adams (Michael) of Decatur, Judy O'Bannon (Jimmy) of Suisun City, Sherry Currie-Proctor (Artis) of Fairfield, Carletha Neal (Courtney) of Fort Worth, Aretha Currie (Josh) of Mc Donough and Jenoria Currie of Chicago, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Jeremy O'Bannon, Nikkeisha Waddy (John), Temeka O'Bannon, Cortney Currie, Steven Currie II, Tahja Norris (Daniel), Shevell Currie, Cameron Brown, Lyric Kelly, Cortney Harris, Nicholas Sidney, Jasmine Sidney, Tinea Harper, Treonna Liggons, Tylan Liggons, Tamarlyn Peoples, Jaydan Norris, May Norris and Shaquan Gardner; her great grandchildren, Angeles Waddy, Ambria Waddy, Anya Waddy, Temeterius Richard, Emericle Richard, Ayiko, Ha'ani Currie, Isla Currie, Gracen, Anthony, Jalaija and Josiah; and her great great grandchild A'mour. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and all of her young nieces and nephews.
