It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Brown of Decatur, Illinois, born in Roseville, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lybarger and Maxine Lybarger (Ross); her husband Lee W. Brown; and her brothers, Victor, John and Larry Lybarger.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Peterson (Thomas); and her siblings, Gary Lybarger (Connie), Donnie Lybarger (Robin), David Lybarger (Rhonda), Carol Cook, Janice Robbins (Rollo) and Judy Wall (Lloyd).
