It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wheeland (Crystal Lake, Illinois), born in Geneva, Illinois, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wheeland and Clara Wheeland; his wife Carol; and his brother Elliot "Buck" Wheeland. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Wheeland (late Nancy), Mike Wheeland (Michelle) and Todd Wheeland (Jolene); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Matt, Sam, Ben, Jackson, Reilly and Connor; and his sister Lois Pracht Hanrahan. He is also survived by his kids how to fish, grandkids.
