Phyllis Rose Peters Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rose Peters (Crystal Lake, Illinois), who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Meier (Majewski) and Carl Meier; her brother-in-law Ben Yellin; her parents-in-law, Fred Sr. and Dorothy Peters; her siblings, Patricia (Arthur Gehrke) and Fred Peters (Shirley); and her nephew Gary Gehrke.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy Peters; her children, Scott Peters (Patricia), Bruce Peters, Jeff Peters (Nancy) and Wendy (Van Maychszak); and her siblings, Barbara Yellin (Ben) and Carl Meier (Reiko). She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in memory of Phyllis Peters to the American Cancer Society.
