He is survived by: his mother LaVerne Hoy; his wife Rita Hoy; his daughter Natalie Candir (Matthew); his grandchildren, Harper, Colton and Stella Candir; and his sibling Deb Neahring (late Ken, family: Ted Hoy, Annette Theobald, Mary Wisniewski, Chuck Hoy). He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
