We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2023, Matthew W. Cornwell (Crystal Lake, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kevin Cornwell and Susan Cornwell; his siblings, Sarah Monroe (Austin), Daniel Cornwell (Kimberly) and Aubrey Martik (Tyler); his nieces and nephews, Delilah Cornwell, Henry Monroe, Elliot Monroe and Marin Monroe; his grandparents, William M. D., Jo Ann Ruff, Patricia and Earl Cornwell; and his partner Tori Gora.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Matt's name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, which provided care to Matt when he was a child.
