She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schlax and Lena Schlax (Roth); and her husband William. She is survived by: her daughter Gail Czysczon (Joseph); her grandson Jaden Czysczon of Crystal Lake; and her brothers, Timothy Schlax (Karen) of Chandler, AZ and John Schlax (Leslie) of Kenosha, WI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
