He is survived by: his children, Michael Jay (Sandi) and Angela Jean (Kevin); his grandchildren, Avery and Ella Raine; his siblings, Jeffrey (Kathleen), Herb (Judy), Jon (Denise), Wendy and Kathy; and his close friends, Ron, Denise Lamb, Mike Forst, Katie, Will, Eddie, Pete and Tom.
