He was predeceased by: his parents, John Finnegan and Catherine Finnegan; his brother John; and his nephew Patrick Heneghan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Finnegan; his sister Catherine Heneghan (late John); his siblings-in-law, Betty and Ray Marchetti; and his nieces and nephews, Maureen Pinter (Charles), Jack Heneghan, Jim Heneghan (Sue), Kathy Labuz (John), Eileen McNamara (Dennis), Rita Howard (late Joseph), Brian Marchetti (Melissa), Kevin Marchetti (Alex) and Jim Reynolds (Anna).
