She is survived by: her siblings, Paul E. Stevens of Cowden, IL, Darin Stevens of Cowden, IL, Beverley E. Hopkins of Seneca, MO and Joyce I. Pendlay of Cowden, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Crossroads Cancer Center or HSHS Hospice Southern Illinois.
