He was predeceased by: his sister Luella Moffett (Jones); his parents, John and Luella; his wife Helen R. Green; his sons-in-law, Dale "Dumpy" Denton and Jeff Conley; his great grandchild Lillianna Moffett; and his siblings, Wayne, Dwight, Tom, Ilenna and Julia.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Denton of Herrick, Carolyn Wall (Gene) of Cowden, Roberta Hardimon of Herrick, Lee Moffett (Terre Beth) of Cowden, Dale Moffett of Cowden and Kelley Conley of Casper, WY; and his siblings, John Moffett (Diane) of Illiopolis, Dave Moffett (Jackie) of Windsor and Barbara Wiley of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
