He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Kelley and Pearl V. Stephenson Kelley; his brothers, John and Steve Kelley; and his friend Mike Hergert.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan C. Miller August; his wife Sue; his children, Carol Griffin (JC), James Kelley, Crystal Kelley Erickson (Mark) and Brandy Kelley; his grandchildren, Nichole, Stormi, Dakota, Landon, Torie, Dallas and Brandyn; and his siblings, Charlie Kelley, Marge VanKlavern, Tom Kelley and Marlene Ong. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
