He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Meyer. He is survived by: his son Eric Smith of Wichita Falls, TX; and his siblings, Debbie Stubban (Milo) of Edwardsville, IL, Bart Smith (Jaime) of Bethalto, IL and Don Smith of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
