It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leighton Eric Morris of Collinsville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lossie E. Morris and Pauline Morris; his sisters, Betty Morris and Lossie Jean Bauer; and his son Scot McCaully Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Leslee Morris; his children, Lossie Erin Morris (Kelly), Heather Wallace (Jim) and Whitney O'Brien (James); his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Caleb, Maddison, Shannon, Tyler, Jillian, Catherine, Leighton, Chloe, Ashlinn and Emerson; and his siblings, Charles C. Morris (Nancy) and Pamela Klein (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
